4. Possible measures
If we believe that a user, page, link, card, photo, widget, domain or other material violates these rules, we may take one or more actions:

The choice of action depends on the nature of the violation, risk of harm, recurrence, intentionality, extent of distribution, user response and applicable requirements.

We retain such material to the extent and for the period we deem necessary for those purposes, unless longer retention is required by law or to protect legitimate interests.
6. Repeated and serious violations
Repeated violations, attempts to bypass moderation decisions, use of moolt for fraud, phishing, malicious links, sexual exploitation, security threats or other high-risk activity may result in permanent suspension of the account and associated pages without the possibility of recovery.
We may link accounts, pages, domains, devices, payment information, technical features and other signals with each other if necessary to identify repeat violations, bypass blocking or coordinated abuse.
7. Moderation mistakes and appeals
If you believe that content, a page, or an account have been restricted incorrectly, you can contact moolt support and provide information that helps verify the solution: a link to the page, a description of the situation, proof of rights, documents, permissions, or other relevant information.
We will consider your request within a reasonable time. Restoration of content, page or account is not guaranteed and depends on the results of the review, applicable regulations, legal requirements and the risk to users and the service.
8. Rule changes
We may update these Community and Acceptable Use Guidelines to reflect changes to the service, risks, laws, partner requirements, and security practices. The new version applies from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
By continuing to use moolt after the rules are updated, you agree to the new edition.
