Version: 1.0
Effective date: August 21, 2026
This consent is requested separately when publishing a moolt page and is not a condition for registering an account. The user chooses which information may be made publicly available.
1. Operator
Personal-data operator: RARAAVIS GROUP LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (RARAAVIS GROUP LLC), OGRN 1257700211713, INN 7730337419, KPP 773001001, registered address: 8 Barclaya Street, Filyovsky Park Municipal District, Moscow, Russian Federation.
Personal-data contact: privacy@moolt.site.
2. How consent is provided
Consent is provided by the user actively selecting a separate checkbox immediately before publishing a page. The checkbox is not preselected and is not combined with acceptance of the Terms of Service or consent to processing account data.
The Operator records the date and time, consent version, user and page identifiers, selected data categories, and any restrictions chosen by the user.
3. Purpose of dissemination
The purpose is to publish information selected by the user on a publicly accessible moolt page created by that user, so page visitors can view the information and follow links placed by the user.
4. Data categories and list
Before publication, the interface must let the user separately determine the applicable categories and specific information:
- name, pseudonym, or project name;
- photograph, avatar, cover, and other selected images;
- profile description and other information about the user or project;
- contact details, only when the user expressly selects them for publication;
- links to websites, social networks, messengers, and other resources;
- address, location, schedule, and other information added to public cards;
- other materials directly added by the user to the page being published.
The consent does not cover account data, payment data, service logs, IP address, security information, special categories of personal data, or biometric personal data unless the user separately and expressly identifies them in the applicable consent form.
5. Conditions and prohibitions
The user may prohibit onward transfer of published information to third parties for purposes unrelated to ordinary page viewing and may prohibit its processing by an unlimited audience. The publication interface must store the selected conditions and prohibitions with the consent evidence.
Technical availability of the page on the internet does not remove the obligation of visitors and other persons to comply with the restrictions selected by the user and the laws of the Russian Federation.
6. Term, termination, and withdrawal
Consent applies from publication until the page or relevant information is unpublished or until the Operator receives the user's demand to stop dissemination.
The user may unpublish the page, remove specific information in the editor, or send a demand to privacy@moolt.site. The Operator stops disseminating data covered by the demand within the period required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing completed before receipt and does not guarantee deletion of copies independently made by third parties outside the Operator's control. The Operator takes available measures within its own platform.
7. Important limitation
This document describes the contents of a separate consent. Consent exists only when the server records the user's active choice for a specific page and a specific list of data. Accepting the Terms of Service, registering an account, or uploading materials to a draft does not by itself authorize dissemination.
Detailed data processing and protection rules are provided in the Privacy Policy: /privacy.
