This is separate, voluntary consent to receive advertising by email. It is not part of the mandatory registration terms. Processing of data necessary to operate an account is governed separately by the Privacy Policy: /privacy.
1. Who sends the emails

2. What messages and which address
I agree to receive emails about Moolt news, features, promotions, special offers and events at my account's verified email address, including advertising about the service and its paid features.
This consent applies only to Moolt email marketing. It does not permit advertising for other companies, sharing the address with other advertisers, calls, SMS or messaging apps.
When I change my email address, previous consent does not transfer to the new address: I need to subscribe again for that address.
3. How consent is given
I select a separate checkbox, which is not selected in advance, labelled “I agree to receive Moolt news, promotions and advertising offers by email.” and submit the registration form or save my choice in account settings. When signing up with Yandex, the choice is confirmed by completing registration with a verified email address.
Activating the subscription also requires separate consent to process my email address for this purpose. Neither checkbox replaces the other. Without both choices, marketing emails are not enabled, while registration and use of Moolt remain available.
The sender records my email address, account identifier, date and time, source of the choice, consent text version and withdrawal history to demonstrate consent and honor unsubscribe requests.
4. Duration and withdrawal
Consent applies from the time it is given until withdrawal or account deletion. It does not apply retroactively or confirm consent to messages sent previously.
Consent can be withdrawn free of charge at any time:
- using the “Unsubscribe” link in a marketing email, without logging in;
- turning off the marketing subscription in account settings;
- contacting support@moolt.site and specifying the email address to unsubscribe.
Once a withdrawal is received, the sender stops marketing emails to that address, including messages waiting to be sent. A new subscription requires a new voluntary choice. Unsubscribing does not restrict the account or affect access to free or paid Moolt features.
Verification codes, security and payment messages, and other necessary account messages are outside this subscription and may be sent on an applicable lawful basis.
