Consent to data processing for Moolt marketing emails

1. Data controller

2. Purpose and data covered

I allow processing exclusively to prepare and deliver emails about Moolt news, features, promotions, offers and events, manage the marketing subscription and record my choice:

• the verified email address for which I subscribe;
• my account identifier;
• records of granting and withdrawing consent: date and time, source of the choice, text versions, subscription status and change history;
• technical information necessary for delivery and unsubscribing: sending outcome, message identifier and unsubscribe records.

This consent does not cover processing the contents of my page, special categories or biometric data, publication of data, advertising for other companies or sharing my address with other advertisers.

3. Processing activities

Within the stated purpose, processing may include collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automated tools.

For email delivery, the controller may entrust necessary processing to an email infrastructure provider subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations. This does not allow the provider to use the address for its own advertising. General information about recipients and processing is provided in the Privacy Policy: /privacy.

4. How consent is given

I select a separate checkbox, which is not selected in advance, labelled “I allow Moolt to use my email address for marketing emails.” and submit the registration form or save my choice in account settings. When signing up with Yandex, the choice is confirmed by completing registration with a verified email address.

The subscription is activated only together with separate consent to receive advertising: /legal/marketing-consent. Neither choice is required to register, use or pay for Moolt.

Consent applies to a specific verified email address. Changing the email does not transfer the subscription to the new address; a new voluntary choice is required.

5. Duration and withdrawal

Consent applies from the time it is given until withdrawal or account deletion. It can be withdrawn free of charge at any time:

• using the “Unsubscribe” link in a marketing email, without logging in;
• turning off the marketing subscription in account settings;
• emailing privacy@moolt.site or support@moolt.site with the address and a request to withdraw marketing data consent.

Unsubscribing ends the marketing subscription and withdraws consent to process data for this purpose. The controller stops marketing delivery, including pending messages; the data is no longer used to prepare or deliver advertising.

Minimum records of consent, withdrawal and suppression may be retained on another applicable lawful basis solely to demonstrate fulfilled obligations, resolve disputes and prevent further messages after withdrawal. They are not used to continue advertising.

Withdrawal does not restrict the account or access to Moolt features and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Processing for account operation, security and payments is governed separately and may continue on an applicable lawful basis.
